This was a Pose for 15 minutes w/gulp noise every 3 minutes

This is actual a common bird and he apparently was looking for a mate when he was making the loud gulping noise... I found him on Google Search-

Cormorant-they are relatives of frigatebirds and boobies

 

Cormorant makes deep, guttural grunts that sound a bit like an oinking pig. They grunt when taking off or landing, or during mating or aggressive displays, but otherwise are generally silent.

 

Always see lots of Turtles

 

Sometimes you just have to pay attention... they are watching you!

Then they do wierd poses.
